About me

My parents were in the restaurant/casino business.. As a young man, I was not comfortable with my spoon-fed life and joined the Marine Corps.. Following 2 tours overseas and duty at the FBI Academy at Quantico Marine Base, I returned home to work in the family business.
 

After getting burnt out in the restaurant industry, I spent 12 years at a commercial real estate company as both a Landlord and Representative of some of the largest Retail brands.
 

In 1997, I resigned after my wife was diagnosed with inoperable cervical cancer and given only 2 months to live. We then spent the next 2 years traveling the world seeking out alternative therapies. While we enjoyed together almost 2 more years than expected, she passed in 1998.

I then decided to take all that I learned representing some of the countries top retailers and opened my own retail business in 2002, What started as a hobby on Ebay turned into 5 brick and mortar stores. Unfortunately, after 12 amazing years, the industry shifted, it was hard to compete with the internet giants and I had to close my doors.

I then went to work for a company where I oversaw more than 175 stores around the country, I also helped develop about 70 of them dealing with store development, training, design and lease negotiations.
 

After 6 years in this position, my entrepreneurial spirit won, seeing that my skills would be able to make a tremendous difference for struggling business owners, so I resigned in April 2021 and I am now offering my  services to you.

My unparalleled experience as both a former restaurateur, clothing retailer, commercial broker, and Marine is now available to help other small businesses, retail stores and restaurants, keep their doors opens and also creating the best case scenario for opening a new business.
 

I am also a cancer survivor now 5 years cancer-free.  I know how precious life is and how difficult it can be.
